On December 4, 2019, the electoral assembly of "Mazandaran Physicians Association" was held in accordance with the regulations, with the presence of the representative of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and volunteer members, as well as about 50 interested colleagues.
- Holding two private meetings with the representative of the city of Sari and connecting them to the city's medical system and a wider meeting in the medical system in order to gain their support in the tariff discussion.
- Annual estimation of the new tariff in the months leading up to the new year
- Forty-seven items of correspondence with the Governorate, Municipality, Insurance, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Welfare, etc. in order to solve the problems of the medical community
- Private meeting with the waste officials of the provincial center to follow up and solve the problem of disposal of infectious waste in the province
- Membership of the president of the association in the Tariff Commission of the Sari Medical System
- Membership of the head of the association in the Tariff Consultative Commission of the Supreme Council of the Medical System
- Understanding with the traffic police to clear the crimes of the colleagues who were fined during the Corona traffic restrictions, without the colleagues themselves (those colleagues who had submitted their documents to the association).
- Pursuing the decision of the Court of Administrative Justice regarding the exemption of doctors from paying occupational fees, through the honorable Mazandaran Prosecutor's Office and receiving the order of the Prosecutor's Office addressed to the prosecutors' offices and municipalities of the province regarding the illegality of receiving occupational fees.
- Meeting with provincial tax officials regarding doctors' tax
- Establishing the national group "Doctors' Welfare House" to expand the guild's welfare activities
- Signing a welfare cooperation agreement with the Mashhad Medical System Organization
- The establishment of "Sapidposhan Foundation Welfare Company" and the link to "Doctors' Welfare House" for the legal coverage of the guild's welfare activities.
- Arranging one- and two-day entertainment tours, drive-in cinemas, holding "completely free" educational gatherings, holding the first medical "webinar" in the country after the Corona epidemic and on the topic of Corona, concluding contracts with hotels to provide discounts and offers to doctors And... - Contract with "Varash" airline and receiving ticket discount for Mazandaran doctors
- Meeting and correspondence with the director general of Iranian insurance in Mazandaran province to design and cover "comprehensive" insurance for doctors.
- The meeting of the board of directors together with a number of veteran doctors with the president of Mazandaran University to justify and attract the cooperation of the university members in the discussion of tariffs and punishments.
- Signing a contract with "Ma Insurance" and receiving discounts in all types of insurances and establishing coverage with "Fara Insurance" discounts for the doctors of the province
- Signing a contract with "Mohammadi" insurance brokerage and "Saman" complementary treatment coverage with 15% discount and also discounts on all types of insurance for doctors
- Contract with "Samin Hafez" company to provide "defense equipment" at a very reasonable price and lower than the prices offered by other centers
- Miscellaneous welfare contracts with restaurants and event halls and travel agencies, etc. All welfare contracts are updated every year.
